Shipping policy

🖤 Shipping & Processing:

All orders are verified, quality-checked, and packaged with care before shipping. Hair extensions process within 2–4 business days, clothing and accessories within 1–2 business days, and pre-orders may take up to 5 business days.

Processing time is separate from shipping time. Please allow 2–4 business days for order processing and for tracking information to be updated. Once tracking is provided, your selected shipping method will begin.

Shipping options include Standard (3–4 days $8) (5-7 days free shipping on $100+), Fast shipping (2–3 days, $15), and Express (1–2 days, $21). Once shipped, tracking details are emailed within 24 hours. Please note that carrier delays may occur due to weather or high-volume seasons.

All orders placed before 2:30pm CST will begin processing the same day . All preorder items will ship out in the order received.  

Orders placed after 2:30 PM CST or on weekends/holidays will begin processing the next business day.
