Please Note: For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not offer refunds or returns on shipped hair products. All sales are final once the order has been processed and shipped.

 

General Policy

 

  • We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once your order has shipped.
  • This policy ensures the integrity and safety of all customers’ products.

Exceptions

 

We will only review a return or replacement request if:

  • You received the wrong item, OR
  • Your order arrived damaged.

If this applies, please email us at sharijanderson13@gmail.com within 3 days of receiving your order. Include:

  1. Your order number.
  2. Clear photos of the item and original packaging.

 

Resolution

 

If approved, we will:

  • Send a replacement for the same item, or
  • Issue store credit (at our discretion).
