• Hair Orders: Ship within 2 business days once processed.
• Shoes – In Stock: Ship within 2 business days once processed.
• Shoes – Pre-Orders: Ship within 7–10 business days once processed.

Tracking Information

• Once shipped, you’ll receive an email confirmation with tracking details.
• Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Shipping Delays & Responsibility

• While we ship daily and work to get your order out quickly, carrier delays may occur due to factors outside of our control.
• A-List Hair Boutique is not responsible for carrier delays, lost, or stolen packages once an order has shipped.
• For lost or stolen packages, please contact the carrier directly using your tracking number.
